Introduction
The Boston Chapter of IFMA provides this FM Jobs section of our web site as a service to our members. Modest fees are charged to advertisers (see below) for three month postings. Individual Boston Chapter members in search of facility management positions can post their availability and qualifications on the site at no charge. The information below details how to contact the Boston Chapter and post an advertisement. If you have questions, please call the office at 781.397.8870 during business hours.
Rates
$75 for ads directly placed by firms in which there is a current Boston Chapter/IFMA member.
$150 for ads placed by "headhunters" and firms in which there is no current Boston Chapter member.
Free postings for Chapter members in search of positions.
Procedure
Email your ad copy to IFMA Boston. Ads for available positions should include, in 150 words or less, a brief description of the position's responsibilities, candidate requirements and contact information.
If you are seeking a position, please describe the type of position you are seeking, your qualifications and how to contact you in 150 words or less.
When you email your ad, please provide full contact information to IFMA including name of contact person, title, company, address, phone, fax, and email.
Please allow 2-7 business days for your ad to appear on the Boston Chapter/IFMA web site. Generally, ads are posted within 48 hours of acceptance by, and confirmation from, the Association's management.
Paid ads run for three months from the date they are posted. If a position has been filled or you find a new position before the three month term expires, please call 781.397.8870, and the ad will be deleted. No refunds are given for positions filled in less than three months.
