Eric Teicholz
Eric Teicholz is president and founder of Graphic Systems, Inc., a Cambridge-MA firm specializing in facility management and real estate automation consulting. He is a Fellow of the International Facility Management Association, a member of the IFMA Foundation Board of Trustees, a member of the Facility Maintenance and Operations Committee (FMOC) at the National Institute of Building Sciences, and an executive member of Harvard's Graduate School of Design's Alumni Council.

Mr. Teicholz has helped organizations define and implement technology for over 25 years. He lectures internationally and is the author of hundreds of articles on computer graphics, facility management, Computer-Aided Design and Architecture, Computer-Aided Facilities Management and Geographic Information System technology. He is also the author/editor of ten books on these subjects including:

Teicholz was educated as an Architect at Harvard University. Before Graphic Systems, he spent 12 years at Harvard's Graduate School of Design as an Associate Professor of Architecture and Associate Director of Harvard's largest R+D facility, the Laboratory for Computer Graphics and Spatial Analysis.

Sheila Sheridan, LEED AP
Ms Sheila Sheridan, CFM, CPM, IFMA Fellow, LEED AP is retired from Harvard University as Director of Facilities and Services at the John F. Kennedy (JFK) School of Government. She has over 28 years experience in the facilities profession.

At the JFK School, Ms. Sheridan was responsible for construction, renovations, operations and maintenance, administration, food service, telecommunications, real estate, scheduling and space planning. She participated on numerous university committees. She was one of the very early sustainability proponents at the University. The Kennedy School was the first at the University to be designated a Green Energy and Green Star facility in the 1990's. The School was a leader in the non smoking and recycling arena in the mid 1980's. She was an active member of the Green Campus Council.

From 2002-2004, she was the International Facility Management Chair (IFMA). Ms. Sheridan's contributions to the facility management profession extend far beyond her accomplishments as a long-term member and volunteer leader of IFMA. In her first term as chair of the Association, she advocated awareness of environmental issues and adoption of sustainable practices as her platform for the year and as the theme for IFMA's 2002 World Workplace conference in Toronto, Canada.

In 2005, IFMA established the Sheila Sheridan Award for Excellence for Sustainable Design and Energy Efficient Projects.

Throughout her IFMA tenure, a whether it was a concentration on strategic planning and the identification of Mega Issues, or trends that impact the profession, she helped steer the future of the Association. Finally, through her leadership, the Association also extended a hand to other associations across continents to launch a global network of cooperative partners serving the interests of facility management and related industries.

Ms. Sheridan has M. Ed. from Boston University and a Certificate in Special Studies (CSS) in Administration from Harvard University. She has taken numerous certificate courses at Harvard University, School of Design. She is a frequent presenter to global audiences concerning the built environment and often quoted concerning her views. She also has taught over the years IFMA courses.

She is currently a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Faculty member for Existing Buildings (EB): Operations and Maintenance. She is also the LEED EB vice chair. She is actively involved in the USGBC Educational Provider Program (EPP) as a Reviewer.

Sheila is a member of the IFMA Audit Committee. She is also a founding member of the IFMA 50+Community Council which had its' initial meeting at WWP 2007 in New Orleans. She also participates on the Sustainability Advisory Group. Yearly she participates is a judge for the Awards of Excellence.

At this time, Sheila is a member of the VFA Customer's Advisory Board, Antron End Users Advisory Group, Ashkin Groups Green Cleaning Advisory Board and Wentworth's Facilities Curriculum Advisory Committee.

Sheila was the Boston IFMA Chapter President for 1993 - 1994. She served an extended term, so that the officers' terms would coincide with the fiscal year. During her tenure, the relationship between Sparks, originally the Children Aids Program (CAP) and IFMA was established. In her role as Boston's past chair, she was responsible for coordinating the first golf tournament. This role enticed her into learning how to play golf. She enjoys this game in her retirement. She currently is a member of Boston Green Committee.

She is the principal of Sheridan Associates and lives in Plymouth, MA. She delights in visiting her grandchildren in CA, traveling and playing golf.
